Connect with the energy flow, do BodyART!

The last weeks I was running a lot and my body is not so grateful for it. Now I feel everywhere muscle and bone ache. I can say it is not the most pleasant one, but I feel I am alive and the pain always reminds me to do something different, something more smooth. The weather is also not really nice today, windy and rainy with a bit of sunshine, very crazy I say so... Since I am friend with the weather here it can not stop me anyhow:) So I decided to do something more light for my body, mind and soul and create my own sunshine between the four walls:) So this is the perfect time for BodyART!


BodyART was created by a Swiss gymnast and dancer Robert Steinbacher in collaboration with Alexa Lee. The method is based on principles of yin and yang and combines elements of yoga, pilates, dance and tai chi. The top priority in BodyART is to treat a human being as a single unit.It helps to strengthen and stabilize all aspects of human movements. It perfectly combines functional training and classical breathing techniques to create a synergy of physical training with mental relaxation.

I warmly recommend you to do it at home for yourself if you are tired of heavy exercises. This practice is a great help for the body and for you to connect with your energy flow! Go for it!
